• Bulk excavation: Grading for 5 building pads ranging from 14000 sq. ft to 43000 sq. ft.
  • Approx. 1000 ft. of roadway including spreading stone in roadway and parking lot
• Utilities:
  • Storm Sewer System: including inlets and 2230 ft. of storm sewer
  • Sanitary Sewer System: including manholes and 3000 ft. of sanitary sewer line
